Coachability specialises in working with high performing individuals and their high performing teams to help?them?achieve a much higher level of personal and team performance helping?them?to make a greater contribution to their organisations performance and ultimately their success.
We help those that are stuck and need to find new ways of removing barriers to those improvements.
In many cases this might include personal change ?or changes to their environment which is maybe new to them and their team.
The economic situation at present creates a level of uncertainty and as?organisations?become more certain about the future and gather momentum many executives will seek new challenges and will require additional knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences which they had not perhaps seen in themselves in the past.
We believe passionately in the power of coaching to help clients achieve their?goals?and objectives. In support of this coaching approach we use a range of techniques?including?Myers Briggs Type Inventory for self assessment, NLP and?Hypnosis?to remove limiting beliefs and provide momentum towards?achieving goals and objectives.
Our approach involves a number of stages;
1. Initial meeting
2. Diagnostics?including?Myers?Briggs, FIRO-B and 360′ to develop a “Current Competency Profile (CCP)”.
3.?Identification?of Goals and Objectives?which?are used to create a “Future Competency Profile (FCP)”.
4. A series of up to 6 coaching sessions to support the achievement of those Goals and Objectives. These will include a range of coaching techniques all of which are tried and tested and used by the best coaches in the world.
